7. Intellectual Property Rights

Code Snippets: Code snippets generated by our Services are provided for your use in your projects. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable licenses.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APIARY PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party conduct or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you used our free services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apiary Platform from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or conduct

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use our Services. Either party may terminate:

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

• Attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days
• Participate in good faith in mediation if informal resolution fails

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
